Vodafone outsources over 200 call centre jobs to Teleperformance

The deal sees Teleperformance take on part of the b2b work currently managed by Vodafone at its Newark call centre. It will result in the transfer of 207 roles in three of Vodafone's specialist operations team to Teleperformance.
